Swiss Chicken Bake

Here is a recipe from a wonderful friend and amazing cook!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar sliced or whole mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of sherry
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish
  • Add mushrooms
  • Sprinkle with Swiss
  • In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream & sherry
  • Pour oven chicken
  • Bake for 50 minutes sprinkle with fresh Parmesan
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden
