Here is another great recipe to consider when making your Thanksgiving Day menu. It is quick, easy and always a favorite!
INGREDIENTS
· 3 cups cooked, peeled & mashed sweet potatoes
· 1 tsp. vanilla
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 cup melted butter
TOPPING
· 1 cup brown sugar
· 1 cup whole pecans
· 1/3 cup flour
· 1/3 cup butter (not melted)
DIRECTIONS
· Mix potatoes, vanilla, sugar, eggs and melted butter.
· Pour into buttered 9x13 casserole dish mix topping ingredients with a fork to a crumb consistency.
· Sprinkle on top of potatoes bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
